Q789's VIP program is built specifically for players who bet regularly. It's not just about accumulating points or collecting badges — every tier comes with benefits that genuinely transform your betting experience. Faster payments, higher cashback, a personal manager: these aren't empty promises. Thousands of q789 VIP members enjoy them every single day.
Many people assume VIP programs are only for high-budget players. At q789, that's not the case. From the Bronze tier, you start earning weekly cashback from day one. Had a tough week? 5% comes back to your account, no questions asked. That's exactly what sets q789's VIP program apart from other platforms in Bangladesh.

Gold tier is a goal many regular players aim for. Once you reach it, you get a dedicated account manager who speaks Bangla and is available seven days a week to handle any issue you have — whether it's a technical problem, a question about a promotion, or registering for a major tournament. Your manager is there to help you directly with all of it.
Platinum and Diamond are for players who take q789 seriously. At these two tiers, cashback reaches between 20% and 30% — higher than any competitor in the market. Custom bonus offers mean your rewards are tailored to the games you actually play — cricket-focused offers if you're a cricket bettor, Live Casino-oriented if that's your preference. Luxury gift packages and exclusive event invitations for Diamond members are a true reflection of what q789 stands for.
VIP point calculation is straightforward. You earn 1 point for every ৳100 wagered, or 2 points for bets placed on Live Casino or slots. At the end of each month, q789 automatically determines your tier based on your total points. Your new tier's benefits activate immediately — no application needed, no waiting around.
One thing worth keeping in mind — q789's VIP program requires a minimum level of activity each month. Two consecutive months of inactivity may trigger a tier review. For regular players, though, this is never an issue. q789 is committed to keeping its VIPs active and satisfied.
VIP member accounts have additional security layers active at all times. If any suspicious login is detected, your manager will notify you right away. q789 uses the highest-grade technology to protect VIP members' personal data and funds.
